Responsibilities / Job Specifics:
As a sales associate, your primary goal will be to provide an experience that exceeds our guests’ expectaions. This could take many forms, from ensuring a fast and efficient checkout experience at the registers, to keeping the selling floor and fitting rooms recovered and organized, to helping guests find what they’re searching for.
We pursue several metrics that help us evaluate our effectiveness at meeting guests’ needs, as well as ensuring the profitable performance of the store. These include offering the benefits of participation in our credit and loyalty programs, inviting guest feedback via survey, pricing accuracy, merchandising standards, and other indicators, depending on the tasks you’re assigned.
You will report to an Area Manager, and have frequent interaction with our entire management team, your team members, and most especially, our guests. Our leaders will constantly monitor the experience we’re providing to our guests, and provide guidance on how you can best contribute to improve it.
We expect everyone’s participation toward store team goals, and working together to deliver the memorable experience our guests deserve. You’ll have fun working with team members who are as passionate as you are about sharing our Florida-right merchandise with our guests, and we’ll provide opportunities to grow and develop with our organization.

Strong verbal communication skills and an enjoyment of interaction with people are requirements of this role.
A high school diploma or equivalent educational certificate is required.
The ability to work varying hours and schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, is required.
